Competition Format:
Division A(age 15-17) / Division B(age 11-14): Individual Stroke Play (individual for boys and girls)
Division C(age 6-10): Individual Stroke Play (individual for boys and girls), Precision Competition, Chipping Competition and Putting Competition.

Eligibility and Grouping
Chinese player: shall be a citizen of the nationality of the P Peoples Republic of China and the age between 6-18, including boys and girls
Foreign player :  the age between 6-18, including boys and girls
Players who are under 18 years of age at 24:00 on February 9th 2007. Depend on the different age, this Championship shall be divide into 3 division, division as follow:

Competition Conditions
1) Division A&B will be played over 54 holes (three rounds) of stroke-play. The winner will be the player who has the lowest gross score of the three rounds competition. In the event of a tie for first place there will be a “sudden death” play-off to determine the winner.
The tie of No.2nd  and No.3rd  shall be decided by a countback. The countback procedure to be used will be:
If the tying players have the same score for the three rounds, the result will be countback the last round score, whose score is the lowest is the winner, if there still the same, the result will be countback hole by hole from the last hole of the last round, the winner is the player who has the lowest score. If still the same, the result will be decided by draw.
2) Division C has four parts competition .The winner is the competitor who score the highest number of point after four parts competition (The Point Table of the each Competition will show in the Accessory From).
The tie of No.1st, No.2nd and No.3rd shall be decided by a countback. The countback procedure to be used will be:
If the tying players have the same score after four parts competition, the result will be countback the last round score, whose score is the lowest is the winner, if still the same, the result will be countback hole by hole from the last hole of the last round, the winner is the player who has the lowest score. If still the same, the result will be decided by draw.

The four part competition as follow:

◆First part: 36 holes (two rounds) of stroke-play, the winner will be the player who has the lowest gross score of the two rounds competition. In the event of a tie for first place there will be a “sudden death” play-off to determine the winner.

◆Second Part：Precision Competition－player will play a fixed number of balls into the target area from a nominated position. Points will be awarded where the ball final rest in the target area. The target area will divide into different score area.

◆Third Part：Chipping Competition－including 2 parts, chipping from bunker and from the front of green. The player will chip a number of balls into the target green from a nominated position. Points will be awarded is by where the ball final rest in the target area. The target area will divide into different score area.

◆Forth Part：Putting Competition－ the player will putt a number of balls into the target area from a nominated area of green. Points will be awarded is by where the ball final rest in the target area. The target area will divide into different score area.

◆The tie of No.1st ,No.2nd  and No.3rd of the Precision Competition, the winner shall be decided by the number of the ball rest in the highest score area, whose number is the highest is the winner; if there still the same, the result will be decided by the number of the ball rest in the second highest score area, whose number is the highest is the winner; if still the same, the result will be decided by the number of the ball rest in the third highest score area, whose number is the highest is the winner;;If still the same, the result will be decided by draw.
The decision of tie of the Chipping Competition and Putting Competition is the same as the Precision Competition.

3) During the Competition, Division A must carry the golf bag themselves without any equipment, Division B & C may carry the golf bag themselves without any equipment or use a handcart, at the option of the player. Division C will be permitted to have one caddy assist them on the golf course.
A scoring caddie will follow each flight during the tournament..
4) Proper golf attire and shoes are required at all times during the practice round and tournament play.

Competition  Regulations:
The Competition will use the CGA approved Rules of Golf by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and USGA (2004 edition), and the Local Rules as approved by the Tournament Committee.

Award and Trophy
1）The top3 players of each division are presented award and trophy.
The top8 players of each division are awarded the certificate.
2）The top ranking Chinese players of each division will have chance to represent CHINA to attend the China- Japan Junior Tournament which will be held at Kangle Garden Spa & Golf Club on 11th-15th February.
3）players of all divisions will be presented award and trophy for The Best Etiquette.
4）The top3 players of the Precision Competition are presented award and trophy.
The top3 players of the Chipping Competition are presented award and trophy.
The top3 players of the Putting Competition are presented award and trophy.

Application and Registration
◆All participants must fill in the application form and fax it to Hainan ASIAN Golf Management Co, Ltd （FAX：0898-68581897，TEL：0898-68581896）。
◆The application form will be valid when it is signed by the guardian. The entry closing date is January 31st  2007.
◆Limit of players (Chinese player)
Division A: Less than 45 players
Division B: Less than 65 players
Division C: Less than 70 players
◆Limit of players (foreign player)
Each Division: Less than 10 players
◆Based on The 2006 China Junior Ranking (Jan 18th 2007 ) of CGA, the top 10 players(boys & girls) of age 11-12 division, age 13-14 division and age 15-17 division will have priority of the application
◆All players should register at the Tournament Office at Hainan BFA International Convention Center Golf Club.
The closing date of registration of Division C will be on February 4th 2005.
The closing date of registration of Division A & B will be on February 5th 2005.

Fare：
◆The players should pay the fees for travel and accommodation. The Tournament Committee will provide the lunch for all the players from February 7th to 9th.
◆The entry fee for the tournament is RMB300

◆During the competition:
Driving Range will be complimentary to play from February 5th  to 9th
Division C : Complimentary play from February 5th to 6th
Division A&B: Complimentary play from February 7th to 9th
Standard fee during Practice day: RMB300/18 Hole/Person
